基于用户服务价值的图书馆大数据价值分析与服务质量保证研究

         

摘要

随着图书馆大数据的快速增长和数据体量的不断增大,数据冗余形态更加严峻,如何保证图书馆大数据的价值分析与服务质量十分重要。文章对图书馆大数据管理过程中,面临的数据垃圾多、污染严重、可用性差和隐私保护等问题进行了分析,提出了有效控制大数据质量的策略,以降低处理复杂度、缩短处理时间和提高业务服务质量,满足用户的服务需求。%With the rapid development of information technology, such as cloud computing, social networks and social media, the big data's growth speed and its quantity increasing in library, and data's redundancy will be more serious.So it's especially important that how to guarantee the quality of big data value analysis and QOS of library.Firstly, this paper analyzed the problems and difficulties in big data management of library, such as data waste, data pollution, difficult utilization, and the issue of privacy protect.And then, it proposes some coping tactics to control the big data quality in this regard, including test data accuracy, com-pleteness, timeliness, accuracy of data processing.It can reduce the processing complexity and time, improve business service qual-ity, handling various data anomalies, data quality assessment, and to meet customer's needs.
