国外公共图书馆法的法律责任研究及其启示

摘要

The paper analyses the content of legal liability of public library law and ifnds out the same characteristics and the rule on base of the national public library law or the national all-around library law in foreign countries. By the analysis of our provincial and municipal public library laws this author discusses the enlightment of legal liability of foreign public library law for library legislation in our country.%文章立足于国际上最新颁布或修订的全国性公共图书馆法或综合性图书馆法，分析其有关法律责任的内容，找出共同特性和规律。并在分析我国部分省、直辖市公共图书馆管理办法的基础上，探讨国外公共图书馆法的法律责任对我国图书馆立法的启示。
