基于共享理念的科研机构网络知识产权管理研究

摘要

Bases on sharing idea this paper discusses the elements of management of the network intellectual property rights in research institutions. In order to solve these problems some countermeasures are also presented.%本文从科研机构资源共享的角度，探讨了科研机构网络知识产权管理的构成要素，并针对科研机构知识产权管理中的问题提出了解决对策。
