高校图书馆开展网上资源荐购服务的调研与思考

摘要

基于“985”高校图书馆网站的调研，从开展荐购服务的重视程度、荐购文献的类型、荐购方式、荐购系统或平台功能、后续服务以及荐购效果等方面对荐购服务现状进行分析，并在此基础上提出确立“需求决定服务，服务决定资源”的理念、丰富荐购资源的类型、多种荐购方式并存、完善荐购系统功能以及建立激励用户参与的长效机制等优化高校图书馆开展网上资源荐购服务的建议。%This investigated and analyzed the present conditions of the recommendation service based on the library websites of project 985 universities. It included the importance for libraries, resource type, recommendation ways, system function, service and effects. The author proposed some suggests for better recommendation service. They are the methods of demand determines the service and service determines the resource, enriching the recommendation resource types, a variety of means to coexist, improving the system functions and built the long-effect mechanism of the users participation.
