摘要

文章分析了我国基本公共文化服务均等化的进展及存在的问题,提出公共数字文化资源整合是促进基本公共文化服务均等化的必然选择,认为推进公共文化资源的数字化进程、促进公共文化机构合作、扩大公共数字文化资源整合项目建设、构建公共数字文化资源整合平台、加强公共数字文化资源建设的标准化、创新公共数字文化服务方式是促进基本公共文化服务均等化的有效路径,而政策、管理、资金、人才是以公共数字文化资源整合促进基本公共文化服务均等化的保障条件.%This paper analyzes the developments and problems of basic public cultural services equalization in China, put forward the integration of public digital cultural resources is the inevitable choice to promote the equalization of basic public cultural services. Authors consider the effective ways to promote the equalization of basic public cultural services include the following aspects: advance the digitization of public cultural resources, promote the cooperation of public cultural institutions, expand the construction of public digital cultural resources integration project, construct the platform of public digital cultural resources aggregation, strengthen the standardization of public digital cultural resources, innovate the path of public digital cultural services. The policy, management, capital, talent is the security conditions to promote public cultural services equalization by public digital cultural resources integration.
