高校图书馆开展社会科学数据管理的对策研究

摘要

The paper surveyed 6 social science data curation platforms: The Archaeology Data Service, The Association of Religion Data Archives, Australian Social Science Data Archive, National Survey Research Center at Renmin University of China, China Data Center, and Social Science Data Research Center of Fudan University. With comparative analysis, paper explored the domestic and abroad data curation platforms status, combined with the theory of scientiifc data curation, suggested countermeasures of university library from policy, management mechanism, update technology, and talent cultivation.%文章对目前国内外社会科学开放存取平台进行调查,选取其中最具代表性的六个平台:英国The Archaeology Data Service、美国The Association of Religion Data Archives、澳大利亚Australian Social Science Data Archive、中国人民大学中国调查与数据中心、清华大学中国经济社会数据中心和复旦大学社会科学数据研究中心进行比较分析,由此探究国内外社会科学数据服务和管理现状,并分析高校图书馆在社会科学数据管理中的职能作用,结合科学数据管理有关理论,从管理政策、运行机制、技术更新、数据服务、人才培养等方面提出国内高校图书馆开展社会科学数据管理的对策.
