省级公共图书馆微信公众平台利用情况调查和分析

摘要

文章调查了国内19所已开通微信的省级公共图书馆微信公众平台利用情况,通过分析公众号关注界面和会话界面两部分内容,发现各个省馆利用微信公众平台的不足,并提出了加快开通公众平台并充实服务内容、注重多渠道宣传、扩大公众号感召力和影响力、创新推送形式和内容、吸引用户参与馆内活动、丰富用户的阅读选择、加强会话窗口的实用性和互动性、重视菜单选项的开发和科学分类等改进意见.%This paper surveys the using situation of wechat public platform in 19 domestic provincial public libraries that have opened wechat. Through the analysis of attention interface and conversation interface of wechat public number, found and summarizes disadvantages of using wechat public platform in provincial public libraries and for the lack part, it proposes to speed up the opening of public service platform and enrich the content, multi-channel publicity focused on expanding public number charisma and inlfuence, innovate push form, to attract users to participate in museum activities, innovate push content to enrich the user's reading choices, strengthening the usefulness of the session window and interactive, attention to the development and scientiifc classiifcation of menu options and other improvements.
