图书馆联盟治理的结构、机制及策略

文章在探究图书馆联盟治理的涵义和主要特征的基础上,对图书馆联盟治理结构模型和管理机制进行了重点分析,从政府、行业协会、图书馆、社会以及科研角度出发,提出了改进和提升图书馆联盟治理水平的对策和建议,为促进图书馆联盟治理和提高协同水平,实现可持续发展目标提供理论依据.%On the basis of the meaning and key feature of library consortia governance this paper analyzes the governance structure model and management mechanism and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance level of library consortia governance in order to promote the library consortia governance and improve the cooperative level, achieve the goal of sustainable development providing theoretical foundation from the government, industry associations, library, social and scientiifc research.
