日本国立国会图书馆个人信息保护政策研究

摘要

Based on the research about the standard of protection policy for personal information and related ones in Japanese National Diet Library, this paper aims at introducing the content of the policy there from the several aspects, such as basic principle, management system, safety precautions, personal information ifle and also its disclosure, modiifcation and disuse in order to provide reference for the study of protection policy for users’ personal information in our library.%在考察日本国立国会图书馆个人信息保护对策标准及相关方针政策的基础上，从个人信息保护的基本原则、管理体制、安全确保措施、个人信息档案以及个人信息公开、修改和停止利用相关事宜等几个方面介绍了日本国立国会图书馆个人信息保护政策内容，以期为我国图书馆界用户个人信息保护政策研究给予启示。
