深圳地区发展图书馆职业资格相关措施的可行性分析

摘要

After ten years’ construction of“the Library City”of Shenzhen, the uniifed services of Shenzhen libraries have been developing deeply and comprehensively. On this basis, establishing and improving the related measures of regional library professional qualification, will be beneficial for the professionalization of library career and the elaborate service and will also further enhance the city’s uniifed service levels. This paper ifnally analyzes the measures to implement library professional qualiifcation in Shenzhen.%深圳地区“图书馆之城”经过十年的建设，全市图书馆统一服务全面深入发展，在此基础上建立和完善区域性图书馆职业资格相关措施，有利于图书馆职业的专业化发展和服务的精细化发展，有助于全市统一服务水平的进一步提升。
