The private picture-book libraries are held by enterprises or individuals, who take earning money as their direct and primary purpose, public welfare and public service as the second purpose. The private picture-book libraries provide picture book service such as lending, sale, reading and reading promotion activities and form their own distinctive pattern in picture book recommendation, parent-kid reading club, picture book reading competition and training reading promoters. The private picture-book libraries make up for the deifciency of public library services, expand the reading promotion team and create various reading promotion ways.
