This paper construct college IR user acceptance model based on technology acceptance model theory, and then through empirical research method to validate. This study found that perception of usability, perceived ease of use, experience and other external variables have a signiifcant positive correlation with user IR usage behavior. Domestic construction and development of IR university should note the following four aspects: integrate data resources and improve the quality of data, strengthen IR function and improve the system efifciency, intensify propaganda and educational training work, adjustment library functions and enhanced data service awareness.%以技术接受模型理论为基础,构建高校 IR 用户接受模型并对其进行验证。研究发现,感知有用性、感知易用性、使用经验及部分外部变量与用户的IR使用行为呈显著正相关。国内高校IR建设发展过程中应注意以下四方面问题:整合数据资源与提高数据质量、完善IR功能与提高系统运行效率、加大宣传力度与开展教育培训工作、调整图书馆职能与增强数据服务意识。
