图书馆服务的伦理指向和制度保障

摘要

This paper discusses the relationship among library ethics, humanity and regulations. It points out that library ethics and humanity provides development goal for the library service, and the most important part of library ethics and humanity is guaranteed as the readers’ rights in the establishment of library regulations. The essence of library is to transfer knowledge, library ethics and humanity have good stability after the long-term development. As the concrete form of library regulations, library also has the relative stability.%文章探讨了图书馆伦理、图书馆人文、图书馆制度之间的关系，认为图书馆伦理和人文为图书馆服务提供发展目标，而图书馆伦理和人文中最重要的部分在图书馆制度构建中作为读者权利得以保障。图书馆本质属性是知识的传递性，图书馆伦理和人文都是长期历史发展形成的因而具有稳定性，作为图书馆制度具体形式的图书馆亦具有相对稳定性。
