基于开放式服务创新的高校图书馆文化变革研究

摘要

〔Abstract〕 On the basis of combing culture system of university library, this paper analyzes the necessity of cultural change, reconstructs new library culture that mainly includes innovation and humanism, puts forward speciifc measures about culture reform from idea reconstruction, system improvement, effective communication, and curator’s demonstration perspective.%文章在梳理高校图书馆文化体系构成的基础上，分析了其文化变革的必要性，构建了以创新和人本为主要内容的新型图书馆文化，提出了从理念重构、有效沟通、制度完善、馆长示范等方面进行文化变革的具体措施，藉此促进开放式服务创新战略的有效实施，有效提升服务读者的能力。
