信息共享空间用户使用意愿实证研究*--以天津外国语大学滨海校区图书馆为例

摘要

〔Abstract〕Development of information technology affects the user’s habits and ways of access to information, and Information Commons appear to meet the user’s information needs of convenience, collaboration and exchange. The paper what orients the information needs of Binhai campus of Tianjin Foreign Studies University user groups, uses survey research methods with qualitative and quantitative research combination, to investigate the willingness on the use of Information Commons. It uses SPSS statistical analysis software of survey data, and presents the willingness of users what is affected by the library conventional level, services function of Information Commons, as well as the cognitive differences of user and librarian.%信息技术的发展影响着用户获取信息的习惯和方式，信息共享空间的出现，满足了用户信息需求的便利性、协作性和交流性。文章以天津外国语大学滨海校区用户群体的信息需求为导向，利用问卷调查的研究方法，采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方式，对信息共享空间的使用意愿展开调查。利用SPSS统计分析软件对调查数据进行统计分析，提出用户使用意愿受图书馆传统水平、信息共享空间服务功能，以及用户与馆员认知差异性的影响。
