摘要

高校图书馆核心价值观代表着高校图书馆组织的主要价值取向，规范了高校图书馆价值实践的方向与路线，对高校图书馆一系列战略目标与未来愿景的实现有着重要影响。文章通过对高校图书馆价值和高校图书馆价值观进行辨析，确立了以创新和人本为主要内容的现代高校图书馆核心价值观，分析了核心价值观落实的必要性，从制度、沟通、示范等方面提出了核心价值观落实的具体措施。%The core values of university library represent the main value orientation of library that standardize the direction and route of value practice and have important inlfuence on the implementation of a series of strategic goals and vision for future. This article discriminates library value and library values, establishes the content of core values that mainly includes innovation and people oriented in modern university library, analyzes the necessity of the core values to carry out, and puts forward the concrete measures that implement core values primarily from system, communication and demonstration perspectives.
