信息资源价值的内涵、层次与实现路径研究

经济、哲学和管理学领域对价值有不同的解读，由此引入对信息资源价值的剖析。文章对信息资源价值进行了层次划分，探讨了信息资源价值的特性，介绍了信息资源在不同领域价值实现的路径。%There are different explanations of the value in economic, philosophy and management ifelds that analyzes the value of information resources. By hierarchical analysis of the value of information resources, this paper explores the characteristics and the different paths to realize the value.
