我国公共文化服务体系建设学理基础研究的三维视角

摘要

Public culture service system construction of our country is a system engineering involved in strategic decision-making, top-level design, system construction, operation mechanism and evaluation system. Among them, the theoretical analysis or academic basic research is important for the structural integrity of system design and the rationality of the content. Especially from the dimension of subjectivity and modernity and holistic analysis and research, will provide the current institutional arrangements with the relfection of a brand new angle of view, its theoretical and practical signiifcance lies in the internal logic unification of the strengthening of public cultural service system construction strategy and top-level design and system construction and operation mechanism and evaluation system, perfecting the theoretical basis of the construction on socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.%我国公共文化服务体系建设是一个涉及到战略决策、顶层设计、制度建设、运行机制和评价体系的系统工程。其中，学理分析或学理基础研究对于制度设计结构的完整性、内容的合理性有重要意义。特别是从主体性、现代性、整体性维度分析与研究，将为现行制度安排提供一个全新的反思视角，其理论与现实意义在于强化公共文化服务体系建设战略决策、顶层设计、制度建设、运行机制和评价体系内在的逻辑统一，完善中国特色社会主义文化建设的理论基础。
