高校机构知识库加强对企业用户的服务，是高校服务地方经济社会建设的重要内容，对于促进产学研合作，推动科研成果向生产领域转化具有重要意义。文章分析了开展该项服务的背景、价值、基本理念和重点举措。%University Institutional repository to enhance the service to the enterprise users is an important part of the local economic and social development in the service of university.
