香港高校图书馆校外读者服务实践及启示

摘要

〔Abstract〕This paper investigates the external reader service in Hong Kong university libraries and analyzes some aspects of service object categories, service content, card transaction and cost, service rules. The external reader service in Hong Kong university libraries has some characters, such as, pay attention on alumni services, to provide basic services mainly, accreditation program is normative, implement preferential policies for service fees. Reference to this, the mainland university libraries should determine the external service object reasonably and the services items objectively, pay attention to the details of the service, develop a variety of charges criterion and restrictive rules.%文章调查了香港高校图书馆的校外读者服务工作，从校外服务对象的类别、服务内容、证件办理及费用、服务规则等方面进行了分析，香港高校图书馆的校外读者服务具有重视为校友提供服务、以提供基础服务为主、办证程序规范、实施服务费用优惠政策等特点。借鉴于此，大陆地区高校图书馆应合理确定校外服务对象、客观确定服务项目、注重服务细节、制定多样化的收费标准、制定限制性规定。
