中部地区图书馆联盟发展现状评价及策略研究

摘要

图书馆联盟的发展有利于促进公共文化服务均等化、开展区域文化活动，以及推动洼地效应的形成。我国中部地区图书馆联盟包括省际和省内图书馆联盟，经历了从无到有的过程，形成了一些特点与优势，也尚存不足之处。为促进中部地区图书馆联盟的可持续发展，以及实现中部崛起，有必要在保持特点与优势的基础上，采取积极策略，克服不足之处。%〔Abstract〕 Library consortia development can beneift the promotion of the equalization of public cultural services, the development of territorial culture activities, and the formation of lowland effect. In the central region of China, library consortia include interprovincial library consortia and provincial library consortia, which come from nothing. There are not only some features and advantages but also deifciencies in the library consortia of the central region. In order to promote the sustainable development of library consortia in the central region, we have to adopt positive strategies to overcome the deifciencies on the basis of maintaining features and advantages.
