〔Abstract〕 Scientific outlook on development and Librarians’ Happiness Index is based on the interdisciplinary research, and use a large number of credible data, research about the problem which is troubling the librarian, at same time, many valuable conclusions are drawn, which has the extremely positive signiifcance to understand the librarian’s subjective well-being. The basis data analysis which left great academic space for other researchers also helps others develop new research ifeld. This book is really a beneifcial academic work.%《科学发展观与图书馆员快乐指数》一书以跨学科研究为基础，运用实证研究方法，在大量真实、可靠数据的基础上，对困扰当今时代图书馆员的现实问题进行了系统研究，得出了许多有价值的结论，对我们认识、了解当今图书馆员的主观幸福感具有十分积极的意义。基础的数据分析也为其他研究者开展深入研究留下了巨大的学术空间，有助于他人开拓新的研究领域，是一部金针度人的学术著作。
