文章依托中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)两个重要的中英文数据库,检出2000—2016年中与数字图书馆用户信息行为研究相关的文献,采用内容分析法对研究现状与发展趋势进行分析.结合采纳、搜寻、使用以及其他具体行为类型,揭示数字图书馆背景下的用户信息行为规律.指出现有研究局限与不足的三个主要方面,并对未来研究提出建议:结合情景进一步构建微观层面用户信息行为理论模型;丰富数字图书馆中各种类型的用户信息行为研究,深入了解其影响因素及作用机制;密切关注新兴技术在数字图书馆中的应用以及其对用户行为造成的影响.%Network user information behavior is the focus of academia circles at present, digital libraries are important media for network information dissemination. Systematic analysis users' information behavior in the context of digital libraries is of great significance to the future research and practice in this field. Based on two important Chinese and English databases, namely, Chinese and English China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science, and the literatures related to the study of digital library user information behavior in 2000-2016 were detected. The content analysis method was employed to analysis the research status and development trend of this research field. Combined with the adoption, seeking, usage and other specific types of information behavior, revealing the law of user information behavior in the context of digital libraries. Three main aspects of the limitations and shortcomings of the existing studies were pointed out, and the future research direction was prospected. First, combining scenarios to further build the theoretical model of user information behavior at micro level. Enriching all kinds of user information behavior research in digital library with understanding its influencing factors and mechanism. Paying close attention to the application of emerging technology in digital library and its impact on user information behavior.
