专利法律信息挖掘研究进展

摘要

专利文献是法律文件,公开专利技术的权利归属,明确记载专利技术的保护范围及专利权人的姓名、地址、申请日期等各项法律信息.专利法律信息在专利保护、侵权判断和专利诉讼中具有极其重要的作用.文章采用文字综述对国内外专利法律信息挖掘研究文献进行了系统整理和分析,全面反映国内外专利法律信息挖掘研究现状,通过专利检索、专利分析、专利地图、专利挖掘和专利引文分析等方式可以将专利文献、专利数据库的专利法律信息有效挖掘出来.%Patent documents are legal text. Patent legal information plays an important role in patent protection, infringement judgment and patent litigation. To comprehensively reflect the current status of patent law information mining at home and abroad. This paper systematically summarizes and studies the patent law information mining literature at home and abroad. Through patent search, patent analysis, patent map, patent excavation and patent citation analysis, the patent law information of patent documents and patent databases can be effectively excavated.
