基于Web of Science数据库的社交媒体研究现状与趋势的可视化分析

         

摘要

By use of the information visualization software CiteSpace III this paper conducts bibliometric analysis of the 1916 social media research papers collected in the Web of Science (SCI, SSCI, A&HCI) from 2005 to 2015, through investigation of distribution of the sample time, discipline, regional, institutions, authors and journals, knowledge maps of social media research status are drawn. The study finds that research on social media in the world mainly focuses on areas such as computer science, business and economics, and communications, and shows an increasing trend year by year; the United States is the only one in the research field, and the research institutions are scattered and lacking necessary communication and exchange; no core author has been formed in this field. Through the exploration of inflated words, it is found that research on social media users' behaviors, business models, and marketing promotion in the future will become a hot topic in social media research.%文章利用信息可视化软件CiteSpaceⅢ,对Web of Science(SCI,SSCI,A&HCI)中收录的2005—2015年间的1916篇社交媒体研究的论文进行文献计量分析,通过对样本时间分布、学科分布、地区分布、机构分布、作者分布、期刊分布的考察,绘制了社交媒体研究现状的知识图谱.研究发现,国际上对社交媒体的研究主要集中在计算机科学、商业与经济学、传播学等领域,并呈逐年增长趋势;美国在该研究领域一家独大,各研究机构分布较为分散,缺乏必要的沟通与交流;该领域还没有形成核心作者.通过对膨胀词探测,发现今后对社交媒体用户使用行为、商业模式、营销推广等方面的研究,将成为社交媒体研究的前沿热点.
