服务主导逻辑在当今服务及其创新研究中日渐成为主流。本文拟将其与企业信息服务建立关联。文章首先简要回顾服务主导逻辑的基本知识;接着,通过理论演绎和案例分析来阐述服务主导逻辑与信息服务的相通之处;最后结合已有的认识,初步讨论了服务主导逻辑对于提升企业信息服务方面的启示。%Service-Dominant logic is attracting ever-increasing attention in service related research. This article makes an effort to connect this logic with enterprise-oriented information service. It first reviews the logic briefly, and then examines the logic’s ap-plicability through theoretical deduction and dynamic case study. Based on above analysis and existing research, enlightenment for enterprise-oriented service practice is also discussed.
