从传阅到共享--数字化书籍借阅的伦理困境

摘要

介绍我国数字化书籍现存的四种借阅方式，阐述了其目前的发展状况及存在的伦理困境，继而从国民意识、法律规范、借阅模式三个角度分析了这种困境的成因，并提出解决对策，以期为我国数字化书籍及图书馆事业的发展贡献一份力量。%This article introduces 4 ways of digital books lending in our country and expounds the current lending status as well as the ethical dilemma it confronts. Further more, it analyzes the reason of the ethical dilemma from the aspects of national conscious-ness, legal norm and lending modes, based on which the article puts forwards some countermeasures to contribute the development of both the digital books and library field.
