高校图书馆员对移动图书馆服务的态度及激励机制研究

摘要

本文介绍了移动图书馆在高校的应用状况，以TAM比较读者与馆员对移动图书馆的态度，分析馆员消极态度的根源，并采用IDT提出我国高校图书馆员对移动图书馆服务积极性的对策。%This article introduces the application status of M-library in universities and compares the attitude of the readers and li-brarians to M-library with TAM. Furthermore, it analyzes the reasons of the librarians' negative attitude and puts forwards some motivation mechanisms with IDT method.
