This article discusses the dynamic network performance evaluation and service quality assurance for library based on Big Data driven, which can effectively satisfy the network performance's requirements to new services mode of library, improve net-work availability and reliability, realize flexible networking, optimize network resources configuration, and low energy consume of library services.%文章研究了基于大数据驱动的图书馆网络动态性能评估和服务质量保证，可满足图书馆新服务模式对网络性能的需求，有效提升网络的可用性和可靠性，实现了图书馆网络的灵活组网、无线资源的优化配置和低能耗绿色通信。
