通过对我国上海市社保中心和澳大利亚Centrelink (中央连接部)业务流程进行对比发现,两大机构虽各自性质有所不同,但都是基于一站式服务的业务流程。在分析比较的基础上构建了“共享(Share)—核查(Check)—应用(Apply)”模型,从路径导航、内容阐释和认知应用等方面阐释政务信息资源的价值生成。%By comparing the business processes of the social security center in Shanghai city and the Australian Centrelink (cen-trallink),we can find the difference and the similarity between the two agencies such as both are based on the business process of one stop service. On this basis, we put forward the“Share-Check-Apply”model to explain how the value of government infor-mation resources is made from the aspects of the path of navigation, content interpretation and cognitive applications.
