大数据环境下我国政府公共数据整合与开放研究r——基于上海市政府的案例分析

摘要

Taking Shanghai municipal government as example,this article analyzes the principles,features and contents of govern-ment's public data integration,and makes a research on the data openness of Shanghai municipal government public from four aspects:e-government,urban public resource,interactive platform and life services.It summarizes the way of data openness and points out the deficiencies.Then demonstrates the positive influence of Shanghai municipal government in public data integration and open pro-cess which can act as reference and reference for other cities.%以上海市政府为研究对象,分析上海市政府公共数据整合的原则、特点和内容,并从电子政务办理类、城市公共资源类、互动平台类、生活服务类四个方面对上海市政府公共数据的开放进行研究,总结了上海市政府公共数据开放的途径及其不足.同时,阐述了上海市政府公共数据整合与开放的积极影响:营造了一个公开透明的环境,明确了体制机制建设,为用户提供了创新服务和功能,对我国其他地方政府的公共数据管理起到一个参考和借鉴的作用.
