我国图书馆志愿者研究20年综述

摘要

This paper reviews library volunteer researches in China in 20 years and concludes the characteristics of maturing manage-ment mechanism, diversified research contents, paralleled practice research and empirical research of China and abroad and insufficient high-level research. It suggests enhancing the following research:the similarity and dissimilarity of the volunteers, thematic study of new issues, research of practice serving, experiences of worldwide and volunteers feedback mechanisms.%回顾我国20余年来图书馆志愿者研究,看出其管理机制研究渐趋成熟、研究呈多元化、本土与国外实践研究并行,但高水平之作有限等.文章从加强图书馆志愿者的同质性与相异性研究、加强对新问题的主题性研究、还原"为实践服务"的研究本质、加强国内外研究借鉴、加强志愿者心理和回馈机制研究等方面提出建议.
