通过对现存较成功儿童门户网站和可能发展成为门户的儿童网站进行分析,发现儿童门户网站建设中存在网站盈利难致使商业机构积极性受挫,相关政府机构和部门投入有限、合作不足,儿童门户网站建设的重要性被忽视,部分地区基础设施建设不足等问题和障碍.本文提出以下对策:提高政府对儿童上网的重视程度;鼓励对盈利性儿童门户网站的探索;改善党政机关及下属企事业单位对儿童门户网站的运营,积极开展合作;加强宣传,提升社会认可;注重网站质量;量力而为,在建设过程中逐步壮大完善.%This paper analyses some successful and potential cases of the portal web and points out the problems as well as the obsta-cles of the portal web construction such as profit difficulty, insufficient governmental investment, ignorance of the importance of the por-tal web, deficiency of infrastructure and etc. Therefore, it puts forwards the following countermeasures:increase the government's em-phasis on children's access to the Internet, encourage the exploration of profitable portal web for children, strengthen cooperation be-tween government and portal web, enhance the publicity and promote social acceptance and improve the quality of the portal web gradu-ally.
