基于扎根理论的健康类微信公众号关注度影响因素研究

摘要

文章应用扎根理论的方法,通过开放式访谈,对健康类微信公众号关注度的影响因素进行探索性研究,结果发现,公众号质量、用户和环境是影响健康类微信公众号关注度的主要因素.研究对于健康类微信公众号的运营方提高公众号的质量、吸引更多用户具有一定的实践意义.%By applying the method of root theory and open interview,this article makes an exploratory study on the factors affect-ing the attention degree on health public WeChat account.The results show that the WeChat quality,user and environment are the main factors affecting the attention degree on the WeChat account.The research also has practical significance for improving the quality of public Wechat and attracting more users.
