图书馆联盟数据库资源共建共享的版权问题研究

摘要

It is found that the copyright problems of consortia acquisition mainly involve the purchase agreement. On the other hand, the copyright problems of self-constructed databases include the areas of collection literature digitization, the development of network information resources and the construction of local characteristic databases. The copyright issues of database sharing are mainly related to the reproduction right and the right of communication through information network, concerning the method, content, quantity and cost of document delivery.%文章主要针对图书馆联盟在数据库资源共建和共享过程中涉及的版权问题开展研究。图书馆联盟数据库资源共建的版权问题集中表现在集团采购与合作自建数据库的过程。其中，集团采购的版权问题主要与图书馆和数据库商签订的购买协议有关，合作自建数据库的版权问题主要包括馆藏文献数字化、开发利用网络信息资源和建设地方特色数据库过程中涉及的著作权问题。数据库资源共享的版权问题则和复制权、网络传播权有关，表现在文献传递的方式、内容和数量以及费用等方面。
