美国国会图书馆是美国最早为公众开展个人数字信息保存提供相关指导的图书馆之一。文章从提高公众个人数字保存意识、提供完善的指导信息和提供多样化的指导途径三个方面介绍了美国国会图书馆指导公众开展个人数字信息保存的举措。%Library of Congress is one of the earliest libraries which instruct the public to conduct personal digital preservation. The article introduces how Library of Congress carries it out from three aspects: improving the awareness of personal digital preservation of the public, providing comprehensive instructions, and providing a variety of instructional ways.
