基于绩效三棱镜的图书馆绩效评价体系研究——从利益相关者的视角出发

     

摘要

Current researches on the library performance evaluation system haven't considered multiple stakeholders of libraries, and it is lack of the total value management and strategic evaluation for libraries. In order to promote the total value management and sustainable development of libraries, the new performance evaluation system should be established. The library performance evaluation system based on Performance Prism, which is established based on the theory of stakeholder, pays attention to the total evaluation for demand, contribution, strategy, process and capability of stakeholders. The new performance evaluation system has characteristics of comprehensiveness, effectiveness, scientificalness and logic consistency, and provides a new way for the total value management and sustainable development of libraries.%当前的图书馆绩效评价体系研究没有考虑图书馆的多元利益相关者,缺乏对图书馆的全面价值管理和战略性评价。为了促进图书馆的全面价值管理和可持续发展,需要建立新的绩效评价体系。以利益相关者理论为基础构建的图书馆绩效三棱镜评价体系,注重对利益相关者需求和贡献、战略、流程、能力的全面评价,具有全面性、有效性、科学性和逻辑一致性等特点,为图书馆进行全面价值管理和绩效评价提供了新途径。
