联机联合编目成员馆编目绩效评估及其分析

摘要

通过对目前国内外编目绩效指标的分析和归纳可得,联机联合编目成员馆编目绩效性评估可选用联机联合编目数据利用率、书目数据质量和编目成本3项指标。上海图书馆中文编目的这3项指标有待提高,可采取如下改进策略：合理协调原始编目和套录编目的比例,调整编目流程,加快编目速度,创建和完善书目记录等级编制和审核标准,积极开发和改进软件。%Through analyzing and summing up the cataloging performance indicators at home and abroad,we could find that the cataloging performance evaluation of the online union cataloging member library could choose following indictors： the utilization rate of the online union cataloging data,the quality of the bibliographic data and the cataloging cost.Shanghai Library could take following measures for Chinese book cataloging,such as coordinating the ratio of original cataloging and download cataloging reasonably,adjusting cataloging process reasonably,accelerating the speed of cataloging,creating and improving the level formulation and the auditing standard of bibliographic records,developing and improving the software actively.
