基层纯公益性私人图书馆可持续发展研究——以杨霄松家庭图书馆为例

Primary level pure public welfare private library is an important part of the public cultural service system in China. It has following values： taking effectiveness and highlighting characteristics, exerting the subtle influence and enhancing the radiation, showing local features and inherting the culture. Although the primary level pure public private library has many advantages, but also has encountered all kinds of troubles. Therefore, if the primary level pure public welfare private library wants to achieve the sustainable development, it should adopt following measures： depending on the system guarantee and establishing the benign operation mechanism; cooperating with other libraries, in order to achieve win-win; encouraging volunteers to participate in, in order to achieve innovation; implementing the honor mechanism and lighting the passion.%基层纯公益性私人图书馆是我国基层公共文化服务体系中的重要一环,其具有如下价值：讲求实效、凸显个性,潜移默化、增强辐射,体现本土特色、传承文化。虽然基层纯公益性图书馆有许多优势,但也遭遇了各种问题的困扰。因此,基层纯公益性私人图书馆要想实现可持续发展,可采取如下措施：依靠制度保障,建立良性运行机制;与其他图书馆合作,实现双赢;鼓励志愿者参与,实现创新;实行荣誉机制,点燃激情。
