高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务存在咨询途径和技术手段复杂多样、名目繁多，咨询服务效率不高，咨询人员配置不合理，各高校图书馆参考咨询服务发展不平衡，资源重复建设严重等问题。将云计算引入高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务具有降低软硬件成本、提高服务效率和质量、有利于信息资源的整合和高校图书馆联合咨询服务的发展、提供以用户为中心的个性化及高效的咨询服务等优势。高校图书馆数字参考咨询云服务的实现模式包括商业购买模式、由各级政府牵头或主导模式、集体订制或外包模式、自行（单独或合作）开发模式等。“云”中提供了各种丰富的资源及服务，需要强大的团队提供支撑。%Digital reference services of university libraries have several problems, such as the complexity of reference route and technique measure, the low efficiency of reference services, the inappropriate distribution of consulters, the unbalance of the development of digital reference services in different university libraries, the serious repeat construction of resources, and so on. When cloud services were introduced in digital reference services of university libraries, it could reduce the cgst of software and hardware, improve the efficiency and quality of services, be beneficial for integrations of information resources and the development of joint-reference of university libraries, and provide the personal, efficient and user centered reference services. The implementation pattern of cloud services of digital reference services of university libraries includes commercial purchase model, government leading or dominant model, collective ordering or outsourcing model, independently or cooperative development model, and so on. Cloud services provide plenty sources and services, but need supports from stronger teams.
