直接电沉积法制备纳米银修饰丝网印刷电极及其对H2O2电催化性能的研究

     

摘要

Silver nanoparticles were fabricated on screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE) by the direct electrodeposition process. The Ag nanoparticles deposited on SPCE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The density and size of nanoparticles on the surface of SPCE increased with deposition time. The electrochemical reduction of H2O2 on Ag nanoparticle modified SPCE (Ag-SPCE) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. A linear calibration ranged from 10 mol/L to 3 mmol/L for H2O2 was found for this Ag-SPCE.%采用直接电沉积法制备了纳米银修饰丝网印刷电极,利用扫描电子显微镜对电极表面纳米银颗粒进行了表征.实验结果表明,电极表面纳米银颗粒的尺寸和覆盖度随电沉积的时间而增加.研究了修饰电极的电化学性质,该电极对H2O2的电还原过程具有明显的催化作用.通过测量该还原电流,可以实现对10~3 mmol/L 范围内的H2O2进行测定.
