两性乙烯基聚合物复鞣剂APT的合成研究

         

摘要

A nnew amphoteric vinyl polymer retanning agent has been synthesized by copolymerization of dimethyldiallyammonium ehloride (DMDAAC) and vinyl monomer in adequate proportionn queoussol ution with ammornium persulfate (APS) as initiator. when the mass concentration of monomers was 30%, the mass of initiator to monomer was 2.0% and the reactiontemperaturewas 55℃ for 1.5h, the viscosity of ihe copotymer reached to 8 000mP·s. The application test showsthat it has excellent selective fillirng properties and cannot bring aboutrnthe question of pastel shade. The applied leather hadgood quality characteristics such as feel,softness, and fullness. Meanwhile, the structure and property was confirmed by chemical analysis and IR.%在引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)的作用下,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAC)和丙烯酸等乙烯基类单体(VM)以适当比例在水溶液中通过共聚合反应制得了一种商性乙烯基类树脂复鞣剂。在单体质量浓度为30%、引发剂用量为单体质量的2.0%、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为1.5 h的件下,得到的粘度为8000mPa.s左右的两性乙烯苯类聚合物复骤剂应用性能最好。该复鞣剂选择填充性显著,无败色现象,且成革手感柔软、丰满,同时用化学分析方法和红外光i谱对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。
