为了设计一种基于铌酸锂光子线的极化分裂器,采用基于有限元法的电磁仿真软件,对该器件进行了优化和仿真分析,得到了结构尺寸紧凑的设计结果。同时考虑到常规工艺误差的影响,分析了波导宽度变化对器件的透射率的影响。结果表明,极化分裂器的带宽、能量透过率与波导耦合长度有着紧密的联系。%In order to design a polarization splitter based on lithium niobate photonic wires , the splitter was analyzed and optimized by using the electromagnetic simulation software based on finite element method and the optimal design result of compact structure size was gotten .The effects of the changes of waveguide width on the transmission of the splitter were analyzed with the consideration of the common process error .The results show that the bandwidth and power transmittance of the polarization splitter have the strong relationship with the waveguide coupling length .
