轴流式水轮机间隙空化与翼型空化差别浅谈

         

摘要

本文介绍了轴流式水轮机间隙空化与翼型空化的差别,并针对在轴流式水轮机模型试验中出现的特殊空化现象,通过CFD数值模拟技术进行分析,初步确定发生空化位置,采取一定的消除间隙空化措施,并在模型试验中进一步证实,该空化现象为间隙空化.%This paper outlines the differences between clearance cavitation and airfoil cavitation in an axial flow turbine. Specifically, CFD technologies were implemented to analyze the special cavitation phenomena observed in model test and the position where cavitation happens. Based on the simulation, suitable measures avoiding clearance cavitation were proposed to eliminate the cavitation and also validated by model test.
