基于流固耦合的混流式水轮机转轮叶片振动机理的研究

     

摘要

为了能够有效地分析混流式水轮机转轮叶片的振动机理,深入地研究了流固耦合有限元技术在其中的应用。首先,分析了混流式水轮机转轮叶片流固耦合振动成因;然后,研究了混流式水轮机转轮叶片振动分析的基本原理;探讨了混流式水轮机转轮叶片流固耦合系统的控制方程;通过实验测试验证了振动有限元模型的有效性;最后,深入分析了混流式水轮机转轮叶片的流固耦合振动机理。%In order to perform vibration mechanism study on the runner blade of francis hydro turbine, the application of the fluid-structure interaction finite element technology on it is studied in depth. Firstly, the causes of the vibration of runner blade for francis hydro turbine blade is analyzed, and the basic theory of the vibration of the runner blade of francis turbine is analyzed, and then controlling equation of the fluid-structure interaction system of the blade of francis turbine is discussed. Further more the verification of the vibration finite element model is carried out by test measurement, and finally the vibration mechanism of the runner blade for francis hydro turbine is studied indetail.
