Objective To analysis the mechanism of Periostin (PN ) in periodontal ligament remodeling in Orthodontic tooth movement .Methods 32 patients ,whose premolars were extracted 2 weeks after beginning the orthodontic treatment in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected .13 of them as the experimental group ,were treatement with Ni-Ti wires for 3-4 months ,while the others as the control group were not loaded .PT-PCR was used to analysis the expression of TGF-β1 ,FAK and PN in periodontal ligament in both groups .Results The expression levels of TGF-β1 ,FAK and PN mRNA in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion PN played an important role in periodontal liga-ment remodeling through TGF-β1-PN-FAK signaling pathway .%目的 研究分析人正畸牙移动中骨膜蛋白(PN)对牙周膜改建的作用机制.方法 选取2013年1月至2015年12月在该院进行正畸治疗的患者32例,均在前磨牙拔除前行正畸治疗,其中对照组(19例)不给予正畸加力治疗,试验组(13例)给予Ni-Ti丝行3~4个月正畸治疗,采用实时定量反转录-聚合酶链反应测定两组患者牙周膜中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、黏着斑激酶(FAK)与PN表达水平.结果 试验组患者牙周膜中TGF-β1、FAK及PN mRNA表达水平较对照组明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在牙周膜改建过程中,PN通过TGF-β1-PN-FAK信号通路参与改建,并发挥重要调控作用.
