实时三维超声心动图对阵发性心房颤动患者左心房的检测价值

         

摘要

Objective To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in detection of left atrial in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 57 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group and 56 healthy people were selected as the control group.Echocardiography and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography were performed in both groups.After testing,the left atrial function and volume,parameters of conventional electrocardiogram,left atrial two-dimensional and spectral Doppler parameters were compared between the two groups.Results LAVmax,LAVmin and LAVpreA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).ARV/LAVmax and AEV/LAVpreA were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood pressure,body surface area,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and wall thickness between the two groups (P>0.05).In addition,the VE,Ve,E/Ve and LA diameter of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can accurately assess the left atrial function and volume changes in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,has important significance for their treatment and prognosis,and can improve the treatment effect and prognosis.%目的 探究实时三维超声心动图对阵发性心房颤动患者左心房的检测价值.方法 选取该院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的阵发性心房颤动患者57例作为观察组,另外选取健康者56例作为对照组,对两组研究对象均行常规超声心电图以及实时三维超声心动图检查.检测后,比较两组患者左心房功能和容积、常规的超声心电图的参数、左心房二维和频谱多普勒参数.结果 观察组患者左心房最大容积(LAVmax)、左心房最小容积(LAVmin)、左心房收缩前容积(LAVpreA)较对照组患者高,且左房主动排空容积(AEV)/LAVpreA、左房储蓄容积(ARV)/LAVmax,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的血压、体表面积、左室舒张末经期前后径线、室壁厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者二尖瓣主舒张早期峰值的血流速度(VE)、二尖瓣瓣环舒张早期的速度峰值(Ve)、E/Ve以及左心房径线大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实时三维超声心动图能够准确评价阵发性心房颤动患者左心房功能和容积变化,对患者的治疗和预后有着重要的意义,可改善患者治疗效果和预后.
