溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与炎症的关系

         

摘要

目的 探讨溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)的水平及其与炎症的关系.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治并经内镜证实的100例溃疡性直肠炎患者的血清标本(实验组)以及同期选取的100例健康体检者血清标本(对照组),并用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组受试者血清中GGT与C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及白介素-6(IL-6)的水平,并分析两者的相关性.并用ROC曲线判定各指标在溃疡性直肠炎疾病中的灵敏度和特异性.结果 与对照组相比,溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中GGT、CRP、PCT以及IL-6的水平明显升高(P<0.05),并且与病情的严重程度一致;溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中GGT与CRP、PCT以及IL-6的相关系数分别是0.493、0.421、0.593.ROC曲线分析在溃疡性直肠炎患者中,血清中GGT、PCT、CRP和IL-6的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别是0.850、0.716、0.712、0.636.结论 溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中GGT水平明显升高,并且与血清中CRP、PCT、IL-6及疾病的病情严重程度相关.血清中GGT水平可以用来评估溃疡性直肠炎患者的炎症发生情况及与氧化应激,并且灵敏度和特异性均较高.%Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT) and inflammation in patients with ulcerative proctitis.Methods Serum samples from 100 patients with ulcerative proctitis(experimental group) and 100 healthy subjects(control group) selected from January, 2015 to January, 2016 were and retrospectively analyzed.C-reactive protein(CRP), procalcitonin(PCT) and interleukin-6(IL-6) levels in the serum of the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the correlation between the two groups were measured.The sensitivity and specificity of each index in ulcerative proctitis were determined by ROC curve.Results The levels of serum GGT, CRP, PCT and IL-6 in patients with ulcerative proctitis were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the severity of ulcerative proctitis was similar to that in the control group.The levels of PCT and IL-6 were 0.493, 0.421 and 0.593, respectively.The area under the the ROC curve (AUC) for GGT, PCT, CRP and IL-6 in the patients with ulcerative proctitis were 0.850,0.716,0.71,2,0.636, respectively.Conclusion Serum GGT levels were significantly elevated in patients with ulcerative proctitis and correlated with serum CRP, PCT, IL-6 and disease severity.GGT levels in serum can be used to assess the inflammatory progression and oxidative stress in patients with ulcerative proctitis, and its sensitivity and specificity are high.
