Merejkovski’s translation and research in China takes Chinese literature and philosophy as the basic background.However,when he is put in a larger view,another meaning will be found.In his life,a lot of topics can be used to research from the perspective of sociology,such as the foundation of religious and philosophical soci-ety,his devotion to the establishment of new social values,his promotion of the religious and social revolution,and so on.Therefore,he would be deeply understood if he were researched in the context of sociology,literature and philosophy together.%梅列日科夫斯基在我国的译介与研究，基本以文学和哲学为背景，然而，当我们把他置于更大的视野中思考时，会发现他的另一种意义。在他的全部生平中，具有多种可供社会学研究的主题：宗教—哲学学会的创办，《新路》杂志的创办，致力于社会新价值观的建立，主张以新宗教信仰组织社会形式，推进教会改革与社会革命进程等。因此，如果在社会学、文学和哲学共同的语境中考察他，就会更加深刻地理解他的意义。
