基于非相干数字全息的多光谱成像技术

     

摘要

A four-dimensional imaging system with the advantages of Fresnel incoherent digital holography and spectral imaging technology was proposed.It could obtain three-dimensional spatial information and spectral information of the object simultaneously.A tunable filter was introduced in Fresnel incoherent correlation holography system.With the incoherent light source, the hologram diagrams of the three-dimensional objects under different wavelengths were recorded, and the reconstruction images were obtained.The point spread function of the multispectral imaging technology based on incoherent digital holography was analyzed, and the relationships between the reconstruction distance and recording wavelength were derived.Finally, the results of the single-channel experiment and the multispectral imaging experiment for a resolution target were given.%结合菲涅耳非相干数字全息和光谱成像技术的优点,提出能同时获得物体三维空间信息和光谱信息的四维成像系统,即在非相干数字全息系统中引入可调滤波器.在非相干光源照明下,记录三维物体在不同记录波长下的全息图,经数值处理获得物体不同波长的再现像.从波动光学的角度分析了该系统的点扩散函数,给出了再现距离与记录波长之间的关系.采用该系统对分辨率板单通道成像实验和多光谱成像实验进行了验证.
